Therefore, on a warehouse area of 5,000 m2, we have more than 96% of items permanently in stock, which are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always try to satisfy you, which is why we provide free technical consultations. The level of technical advice and support is second to none, and that's what you value us for the most. It goes without saying for us that within a few hours we will advise you on the sound system, assess the technical options, assess the required standards, and most importantly, we will assess how the sound system will be operated by a lay operator, and therefore we will design it in such a way that the operation is pleasant and understandable for everyone. Assembly companies, even the end service, need not worry that they will not come to us and that they will not get technical help at all. We respond quickly, friendly, and dare to say that we are specialists in our sound field.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products go through several checks before they are shipped. We know what and how our products are constructed, and therefore the technical knowledge of our products is really at a high level. Our factories are equipped with testing and measuring systems that constantly monitor the production technology and product parameters. Before we launch the product on the market, several prototypes are often made and these are tested not only in terms of electronics and technical parameters, but also tested by the likes to see if the operation is understandable for them. Of course, we also consult the production with our service, and it goes without saying that we have the necessary spare parts in stock. That's why we carry out the service quickly, right at our headquarters, and we always prefer to repair it rather than throw away the old product, because we know how to do the repair and we have spare parts available.

HISTORY
The DEXON company was founded in 1989 as an entity primarily engaged in the production of professional and HiFi speakers and loudspeakers. Through gradual development, we expanded to include other workshops, which were soon joined by company stores in Ostrava, Prague and Karviná, which also meant an increase in the number of employees. In 1999, we established branches in Poland and Slovakia, and at the beginning of 2002 we transformed into DEXON CZECH s.r.o., moved to newly built premises in the Karvina industrial zone and built a new system of internal processes. We currently have a large number of production facilities at our disposal, we design our products, from electronics to the final appearance and their subsequent technical and marketing support. We do not buy our products, we do not copy them from others, on the contrary, we are leaders in most cases in terms of their properties.
